Yesterday as I walked home, as I crossed on the street I was hit by a single motorcycle. Thanks God I’ve got only slight bruises in my arms and knees. I’ve realized in just a blink of an eye pwede pala tayo mwla agad sa mundo. I thank God for another chance that he has given me. Life is really too short. I wish and pray that i could live longer with my family specially now that am apart from them.
Let’s not forget to say I LOVE YOU to our love ones before the end of the day cause tomorrow is not a promise.

Dubai: The city will have the largest number of supertowers - buildings that rise more than 100 habitable floors - as five more will be added to the seven under development, Gulf News has learnt.
The new supertowers are part of a cluster of 11 projects worth Dh25 billion to be built in a major master-planned development that will be announced in October.
“All five supertowers will be about 600 metres tall - rising more than 100 floors. These are some of the most unique projects incorporating the latest building technologies and consuming up to 60 per cent less energy,” Adrian Smith, who designed Burj Dubai - currently the world’s tallest tower - told Gulf News in an exclusive interview.
His firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architects, is designing the projects.
Thirteen supertowers are currently under development worldwide, including seven in Dubai. The five new ones will change the equation heavily in favour of the emirate. The supertowers already announced in Dubai include Al Burj, Burj Al Alam, Princess Tower, Marina 101 and Pentominum.

“YOU are what you think” and “It’s all in the mind” are two phrases we all know and we often use without really thinking. But what do you think? And how do you think? And do you think your thoughts affect your body? And how do you think your thoughts affect your body? What goes on in your mind affects all that you say and do, making the difference between success and failure. The raw material of the mind is thought.
Are you in control of the creation and sustenance of your thoughts? People have usually taken some time to get to know their thought patterns and thinking habits. They recognize their mind as their most precious asset, an essential tool and their thoughts as their most important natural resource.
If you have never given yourself this kind of time and attention to assess and measure the quality of your thinking and how best to use your mental resources, the easiest way is to become aware of the four different types of thoughts which are:
1. Necessary thoughts
2. Waste (superfluous) thoughts
3. Negative thoughts
4. Positive thoughts
As you actively learn to watch the quality of your thinking you will automatically ferret out the superfluous and negative thoughts, denying them the life-giving energy of your mind. This will allow you to regain complete control of all your thought patterns, with no more auto-pilot reactions followed by a feeling of loss or regret. Using your mind to create positive thought puts you back in pilot’s seat all the time, not only enhancing your relationships on the outside but giving yourself the right quality of experience on the inside.
Eliminate the negative, accentuate the positive, act immediately on the necessary and clean waste.
